Born Edward Earl Terry in Coxville, Indiana
-Tex Terry, the"bad man of the movies" was gun downed and thrown off cliffs more times than he himself could remember. He starred in many "B western movies" where he was known as the "heavy"
His last movie was in 1972 in the "Strangers". His most famous role was Brizzard in the 1958 version of "The Oregon Trail".
He also appeared in several television series such as, "Gun Smoke", "Death Valley Days", "Have Gun Will Travel", "Wagon Train" and "The Lone Ranger".
