We bake our pizzas the time-honored way Italians have done for generations; in wood-fired brick ovens. Baking in a wood-fired brick oven imparts a distinctive flavor and texture to the crust unmatched by modern ovens. Our Artisan Pizzas are baked directly on the super hot stone hearth at temperatures up to 700 degrees. We use only the freshest, most flavorful ingredients.
